Booking Policy
This type of policy is standard in the spa industry for both day spa and beauty services. In the event of a cancellation of less than 24 hours or “no-show” for any services, you will be charged a half fee for all services cancelled.
For group bookings, one credit card number is to given to secure the appointments, but will be charged any cancellations or no-shows within the group. This has been established to ensure that our therapists are compensated for the time they set aside for clients ahead of other clients. Without proper notice of cancellations, our team members are unable to rebook these appointments with other clients.
We endeavour to confirm all appointments the previous 3 hours as a courtesy SMS reminder, although there are times when we are unable to make contact. Please do not hold us responsible for missed appointments.
Please schedule your appointments with care and be sure to give 24 hours notice on all cancellations or service changes. We greatly appreciate your understanding and co-operation.
Points to consider for your comfort
We recommend that you arrive 15 mins before your treatment time so you can relax with a beverage. Those who arrive late will cut short their treatment time.
While children are welcome, we require they remain seated quietly at all times while in our shop for the comfort of all our clients. Unfortunately our team are unable to look after babies & children whilst services are being performed.
